Introduction
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service within private chalets, ensuring an outstanding guest experience at all times
- Provide full food & beverage service (breakfast, lunch, dinner, in-chalet dining, private events)
- Anticipate guests‘ needs and respond promptly to specific and bespoke requests throughout their stay
- Act as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Coordinate closely with the Concierge team and the Guest Relations Manager for special arrangements and tailor-made experiences
- Execute operational duties under the supervision of the Head Butler and the General Manager of Ultima Gstaad
- Maintain service standards aligned with the Ultima Group’s luxury standards and signature services
- Communicate all relevant guest-related information to management to ensure seamless service continuity
- Assist other departments when required to ensure smooth daily operations
- Promote other destinations and properties within the Ultima Collection when appropriate
- Carry out occasional assignments within other private properties of the Collection, if required

What We Offer
- Proven experience in a similar position within Luxury Hospitality, Private Chalets/Villas, or Ultra-Luxury Hotels
- Previous experience in Yachting is considered a strong asset
- Excellent command of French and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Impeccable personal presentation and outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of service, discretion, and attention to detail
- Highly organised, proactive, dynamic, and able to work autonomously
- Flexible and available regarding shifts and operational needs
- Strong understanding of UHNWI clientele expectations is a significant advantage
