Introduction

  • Ensure exceptional service and embody our values: authenticity, precision and attention to detail

  • Take responsibility for smooth operations within your section and uphold the highest quality standards

  • Production of high-quality, traditional and creative bakery products for a comprehensive range of breakfast, lunch and dinner services

  • Creation of new new bakery products, pastries and room amenities for arriving guests

  • Accurate execution of recipes and guidelines

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and sustainability standards

  • Support the Demi Chef and Chef de Partie in daily operations

  • Actively contribute to reducing food waste
